Delivery Timeframe

• Metro Manila: 3–5 business days

• Provincial areas: 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier service availability

• Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins once the order is successfully verified.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Limitations

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• For high-rise condominiums or restricted-access areas, our couriers may only deliver up to the lobby or designated drop-off points.

• Large items may require assistance from the recipient to bring inside the premises.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

• After the second attempt, the item will be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.
