Online purchases

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Assembled or partially assembled furniture

  • Clearance or sale items marked Final Sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace or exchange it at no additional cost.

  • Photos/videos of the item and packaging may be requested for faster processing.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.

  2. Receive confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Our courier will arrange pickup or provide a drop-off option.

  4. Refunds or replacements are processed after item inspection.

Refunds

  • Card & Digital Wallet payments → Refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via bank transfer or e-wallet.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after item approval.

Exchanges

    • Exchanges can be made for the same product (different color/variant) or for another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
